Prediction, Odds & Betting tips for Arsenal vs. Tottenham at Premier League
The North London Derby, or the clash between Arsenal and Tottenham, is one of the most intense in the whole of England. These two rivals have a long history that goes way back throughout the past century and more. Undoubtedly, we are ahead of 90 minutes of atomic football, as both Arteta and Conte have enormous potential at their disposal, especially in the offense.
Arsenal
The Gunners are currently first in the Premiership, winning six games and losing one, with a goal difference of 17 scored and seven allowed goals. Manchester United is the only team that beat Arsenal, and that happened at Trafford, 3-1.
Arteta’s crew has played three games at home since the start of the season, winning all of them and scoring at least twice. Also, these events were with over 2.5 goals and both teams netting, suggesting that the Gunners play interesting and efficient football.
Overall just one of eight games played in this campaign didn’t see three or more hits, and that’s because of Arsenal’s very offensive-minded style of play, and guys like Odegaard, Saka, Martinelli, and Jesus.
Tottenham
The Spurs are one point behind Arsenal, having five wins and two draws in the English Premier League. Their only defeat in this campaign has been in the UEFA Champions League, against Sporting in Lisbon.
Tottenham recorded 18 goals in the domestic championship, conceding seven times, and similar to Arsenal, they too have ended most of the contests with at least two scores. Kane, Richarlison, and magnificent Son formed arguably the most lethal trio in English football at the moment, as all of them perform superbly.
Three of the Spurs; four events on the road saw a moderate efficiency, 2 or 3 goals, which has been a standard for them even in the previous season.
Arsenal: Ramsdale; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko; Thomas, Xhaka; Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli; Gabriel Jesus
Tottenham Hotspur: Foster; Romero, Lenglet, Dier; Emerson, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Perisic; Richarlison, Kane, Son
Last year the two fierce rivals played twice, and both posted victories at home. The first encounter was at the Emirates in late September, when Arsenal won 3-1. The second was in May, at Tottenham Stadium, where the hosts also won, 3-0.
Six of the past eight head-to-head games between these teams were with 2 or 3 goals, while five saw both teams netting.
Both attacks are in terrific form, and we should see goals on both ends. The season is early on, there is no need for too many calculations, and from all this comes our strong belief that goals on both ends are inevitable. The odds are quite solid here, and we don’t want to miss this opportunity.
Our verdict: Both teams to score
