Forest conceded three goals in each of the losses, one at home to West Ham and the other on the road to Arsenal. What used to be their biggest strength in the past is now a huge weakness.

Replacing Espirito Santo with Postecoglou is a measure they had to take, but for the moment, the situation stays the same. Sure, Forest lost some players, like Elanga, compared to the previous season, but their current performances are way worse than expected.
