Of course. Copa America is always attractive to bettors because of its glamour, but it is also an excellent opportunity for making money. Those who are dedicated to analyzing and have strong discipline can earn profits pretty easily.
Outright bets are also tempting, not only the traditional ones. Golden Boot, best player, best goalkeeper, stage of elimination, and, most importantly, Copa America winner are some of the most popular choices.
Argentina won the previous Copa America, which was their 15th trophy, tying Uruguay, who was alone at the top. Brazil has just nine titles and is way behind the leading duo.
Argentina and Brazil are the top favorites to win the title, and they are ahead of all the other teams. Here is the full list of the favorites with their odds.
Jair is the record-holder with nine goals at one Copa America tournament. Gabriel Batistuta, Paolo Guerrero, Angel Romano, Herminio Masantonio, and Pedro Petrone were top goalscorers more than once, with the latter being the only three such awards.
Lionel Messia and Luis Diaz shared the honors, scoring four goals each during the previous edition in 2021 in Brazil.
Three players are the big favorites to win the Golden Boot: Lionel Messi, Vinicius, and Darwin Nunez. Others have a bit lower prospects than them.
We’ve pointed out the best betting markets for this tournament. They were picked because of the frequency of usage by our visitors.
Full-Time Result—It is a bet on one of the three possible outcomes during the regular 90 minutes: the home team wins, the guests win, or a tie.
Total Goals—We pick the line we want, whether 1.5 goals, 2.5 goals, or any other available, and simply bet on under or over. Also, you can use total goals in any of two halftimes and bet on that too.
Number of Cards—The fact that South American football is highly passionate means we see plenty of cards at Copa America tournaments, and that’s why many bet on the number of cards in one event, whether there is a red card, etc.
This isn’t the same, and you have to be aware of that. Tips are data that directly influence our bet, like whether one player is hurt or not. Predictions are suggestions, not just any, but the product of a detailed analysis. They are the result of several tips and more information.
You need to understand that getting correct betting predictions isn’t an easy job at all. There’s plenty of hard work behind all of that.
Analyzing stats, the form of the teams, morale and chemistry on the field, star power, and overall quality of the lines—all that and much more needs to be included in this. Injuries and suspensions are topping the list as well because imagine what Brazil would look like without Vinicius or Argentina without Messi. Big difference, no doubt.
This is for pre-game betting, yet with live betting, it’s different. A bettor looks to see the momentum, the swing, and the overall context of the situation on the field, which is the most important factor for making decisions about in-play or live betting.
With this being the Copa America that includes all the teams from the Americas, it is somewhat different from before. As such, it generated massive hype, particularly because it is in the United States, where marketing plays a huge role.
It will be inspiring to see the Central and North American teams compete against the South American rivals because this will raise the overall quality of the competition to a completely different level. And that’s a treat for us fans.
That would be the 2024 Copa America winner. For the time being, it's the most frequent pick of the bettors on our website here. However, when the competition begins, that will change for sure.
Because we have proven tipsters working with us for the last seven years, and their quality has been tested on multiple occasions. Our regular visitors know that, and that's one of the main reasons they have been with us for so long.
