Previously, Brighton posted two wins, one tie, and one loss, which was against Chelsea in London, 4-3. Overall, they play interesting and efficient games, with only one of the past five ending with under 3.5 hits.

Brighton’s attack is hot at the moment. It has provided three or more goals in 4 of the previous 5 meetings. Though, it’s interesting that there aren’t any players with two or more hits so far. Veteran Pascal Gross leads the way with 35 years as the oldest player, and already has two goals and assists each.

Arsenal

The Gunners’ ruthless defense has allowed just one goal since the start of the season. That was two weeks ago against Chelsea at home in a 2-1 triumph, and apart from that, Raya and the boys have posted 5 clean sheets, the most of any team in England.

Arteta’s boys last played away at Sunderland, 0-2. They endured a penalty before Bruno Gimaraes scored a screamer to open the Black Cats. Later on, it was a routine thing for the champs to close the game and kill the pace, furthermore scoring one more hit.

Arsenal’s midfield is possibly the strongest in Europe, both tactically and physically, and that’s a massive plus for the defense. Truth be told, Arteta’s first line of defense is, in fact, a robust midfield.
